Odds n’ Ends

Good news for fans of Lorne Lanning’s Oddworld games. Lanning had originally stated he was leaving the games industry when EA gave Oddworld Stranger a poor marketing push - citing the industry climate of choosing franchise potential over originality. Now Lanning is back with a new movie and game. Not much is known about the title, but Lanning has been a true pioneer (on the same level as Tim Schafer) and I look forward to everything this guy produces.

This is super cool. Do you think it will be an Oddworld game or are they going in a new direction? It wasn’t real clear to me from the story.

I have no idea but one thing I know is Lanning has always told great stories in his game - which makes me equally excited for his ‘movie.’
